The Food Security and Nutrition Monitoring System (FSNMS) in Ghana is a collaborative initiative led by the Ministry of Food and Agriculture's Statistics, Research and Information Directorate (MoFA-SRID), in partnership with the Ghana Health Service, UNICEF, the World Food Programme (WFP), and other stakeholders. Established in response to the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, the FSNMS aims to provide timely, evidence-based insights into food security and nutrition trends nationwide.

SRID is responsible for preparing weekly and monthly price data on major food commodities and agro inputs.
